IOI Palm Villa Golf was built by the Industrial Oxygen Incorporated (IOI) Group in 1998. This golf course in Malaysia was built along with the luxurious Bandar Putra housing complex (IOI) and the IOI Shopping Mall shopping center which is located not far away from it. Senai International Airport also located not far from the golf course make it more accessible and perfect for relaxing with family or spend your time with colleagues.

Located in Bandar Putra (IOI) Kulai, Johor, Malaysia, The IOI Palm Villa golf course was designed by Rick Robbins. He designed this course into three 9 holes courses, the Palm Course, Putra Course and IOI Course. Each course provides a wonderful golfing experience surrounded by scenic views of Mount Pulai and native palm trees.
• Palm Course
The Palm Course is built to 3,012 meters with stunning natural views. You will be faced with many water hazards and hilly land layouts. Your golfing experience will be more enjoyable thanks to the beautiful ponds located at Palm Course.
• Putra Course
The Putra Course is the second longest 9-hole course at IOI Palm Villa Golf with a distance of 3,097 meters. This course is not as hilly as the Palm Course but still provides a high level of challenge for golfers of all levels. Starting from the first hole (10th tee), this course offers challenging course layout. Each hole is designed with a narrow fairway covered by rough on both sides. While the Palm Course is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, Putra Course is surrounded by high-end bungalows.
• IOI Course
IOI Course is the longest course in the IOI Palm Villa with a length of 3,253 meters. It is also the most challenging course of all three at IOI Palm Villa Golf and Country Resort. Most of the holes will force the golfer to focus on their accuracy to land the ball at playing area.
IOI Palm Villa Golf Course Facilities
Take some time off to relax and unwind after your game at the two-story clubhouse building which covers a spacious 40,000 square feet of land. This clubhouse also offers locker rooms, spacious changing rooms, a pro shop and various sports facilities. There are outdoor facilities such as table tennis courts, sauna, fitness center, badminton court and billiards. The outdoor facilities of IOI Palm Villa Golf and Country Resort consist of a swimming pool, fun pool, children’s playground and tennis court.
