Like the other 90s golf courses, Templer Park golf course has experienced many firsts. This golf course is the first Japanese-owned golf club in Malaysia, the first golf course to offer buggies and female caddies in Malaysia as well as the first golf course to introduce the nine-hole night golfing concept. Due to its popularity, the course which is located at Km 21 Rawang Street, Rawang, Kuala Lumpur was once becoming the host of the prestigious Malaysian Open in 1995, 1996 and 2000.
Templer Park Golf Course Landscape
Built in a former mining wasteland, the Templer Park Country Club combines flat and undulating terrain. Expand 6,725 yards from the blue markers and 7,143 yards from the championship tee, this golf course offers 18 holes par 72 with well-maintained green. The Templer Park golf course is only about 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur downtown.

The front nine dominated by flat contour offering the best scoring opportunity. While the remaining 9 is much hillier, make it much more challenging. The first 14 holes situated to the left of the clubhouse, while the remaining 4 holes situated in the hilly forest area on the right side of the clubhouse.
