The Best Golf Course in South East Asia by Golf Digest

Sentosa Golf Club known as one of the best golf courses in Southeast Asia. The Sentosa golf course, especially the Serapong Course, awarded as 79th the best golf course by Golf Digest in 2018.

Designed by Ronald Fream, Serapong Course included as one of the best golf course layouts since 2015 and has ranked 58th globally. Serapong Sentosa Golf Club opened in 1982, then renewed in 2017 which costs S$12 million. These improvements includes revamp in course design and incorporating the latest green technologies such as SubAir and PermOPore greens maintenance technology. The Serapong golf course has a length of 6,675 meters with 18 holes par 72. This golf course has narrow fairways and downhill contour at several places. Special strategies are needed to win in this course or to avoid the Singapore harbor on your left. Serapong golf course is a buggy only track and provides standard facilities such as caddie services, clubhouse, locker room and pro shop.

Sentosa Tanjong Course

Meanwhile, the new Tanjong Course has been completely redesigned. So be able to asserts a unique personality such as large bunkers rarely seen in any other golf courses. In result, the golf course which designed by Alister MacKenzie is able to provide different challenges for golfers of all levels.

The Tanjong Course now considered as a premium golf course in Singapore, thanks to its challenging layouts. The par 72 course features 6 choices of tee boxes, 30 large bunkers and Zorro Zoysia grass fairways. With a length of 6,218 meters, the Tanjong Course has a more flatter terrain than the Serapong Course. The green is quite tricky and undulated, creating a reasonable opportunity for the golfer.
