Emeralda Golf Club
Emeralda Golf Club is located in Cimanggis area, West Java. The course consists of 27 holes with total length of 9775 meters with exotic nature view. The course is divided into three courses, Lake Course, River Course and Plantation Course. What makes the course become special is two designers of the course, legendary players Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. Both River and Lake Course is designed by Arnold Palmer and Plantation Course by Jack Nicklaus. Emeralda Golf Club was officially opened in 1994 and operates from Monday to Sunday from 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Emeralda Golf Club which consists of three course has its own character. River Course is dominated by water obstacles, especially rivers and Lake Course which has ponds and lakes provides challenge for the golfers. The Plantation Course is dominated by land featuring trees. Hole 2th par 4 on Lake Course requires long drive and straight. Bunkers on the left and right side of the fairway will give penalty for golfers who can’t put the ball straight. Similarly, approach shot requires accuracy for bunker in front of the green that will stop any short shot towards the green. Hole 6th par 4 dogleg on River Course provides interesting challenge. The creek along the right side of the hole requires golfers to place the ball well on the left side. Approach shot is not easy because the green is narrow and guarded by bunkers on the left and right. Hole9th Plantation Course also require accuracy with water obstacles in front of the tee and lateral water hazard on the left. The green is generous despite guarded by bunker.
Emeralda Golf Club is equipped with diverse facilities. Clubhouse has European-style designed by Klages, Carter, Vail and Partner, reminds golfers with Gedung Sate in Bandung. Restaurant, VIP Room, Spa & Sauna provides first class facilities for golfers. Game room for relaxing and pro shop also driving range plus putting green area available. Emeralda Golf Club offers beautiful scenery that interest for wedding photos and provide exhibition space for those who would like to offer their products.
There are two types of membership at Emeralda Golf Club, Yearly Membership and Emeralda Executive Membership. Advantages as Yearly Membership are free green fees but not for weekends and public holidays, 10% discount for food and play in reciprocal clubs with terms and conditions apply. As for Emeralda Executive Membership, valid for 15 years. Free Green fee on weekdays and weekends, 10 % discount for food and play in reciprocal clubs with terms and conditions apply. For this membership, free annual due the first year.
Emeralda Golf Club offers IDR 358,000 for members on Monday to Sunday but on national holidays charged for IDR 428,000. Members without carts charged for IDR 270,000 on weekdays and weekends, and IDR 320,000 for national holiday. Monday morning and afternoon, guest of members charged with IDR 598,000 and visitor IDR 687,000. Tuesday to Thursday morning and afternoon, guest of members charged for IDR 733 000 and IDR 835,000 for visitor. Friday morning and afternoon, guest of members charged for IDR 757,000 and IDR 875,000 for visitor. On Saturday morning, guest of member charged for IDR 1.99 million and IDR 2.24 million for visitors. Afternoon session, charged for IDR 1,650,000 for guest of members and IDR 1,875,000 for visitor. Same price applies for national holiday. While on Sunday morning, guest of members charged for IDR 1.5 million and IDR 1.565 million for visitor.
In 2017, Emeralda Golf Club offers special price for senior golfers who play on Monday to Friday with IDR 560,000. Ladies golfers charged for IDR 546,000 for Monday and Wednesday and junior golfers with IDR 350,000 on Monday and IDR 429,000 on Sunday afternoon. Sixsome can get special price for IDR 799,000 to play in the morning and afternoon on Tuesday and Thursday. Get Fantastic Day promo every Friday with IDR 715,000 and minimum of 8 pax with IDR 1.275 million on Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon charged for IDR 1,125,000. All the price include 18-hole green fee, cart, service and taxes and insurance.
