Who would have thought one of the Michael Jordan’s legendary shoes transformed into a shoe that is fully reserved for the golf enthusiast, Air Jordan III Golf Premium. Nike released the classic Air Jordan III sneakers as a golf shoe on its 30th anniversary. Air Jordan III sneakers was designed by Tinker Hatfield and first released in 1988. This shoe design reflects as well as admiration to the legendary performance of Michael Jordan.
Two Color Variants and Similar Designs With Its Predecessor
Nike launched Air Jordan III Golf Premium with its signature elements. Some additional features embedded to improve its function as a premium golf shoe. Broadly speaking, the parts of this shoe is still carrying the same design and elements with the original version that was released 30 years ago.
This can be seen from the 3 signature elements of Air Jordan III such as gray elephant details, the tumbled leather upper and Jumpman logo on the back of the shoe. The premium version of this new Air Jordan III has leather and bronze finishing and features a Lunarlon midsole to increased comfort and stability.

The two color variants that offered become the main attraction of this new golf shoes. First, the original color as contained in the 1988 version, retro style combination of white and gray elephant details. Second is a combination of black, white, brown and metal finishing.
The black color variant gives the impression of premium and classy style with additional gold details also a Nike and golf emblem on the back. While the white variant reminds us of the original Air Jordan 3 shoes worn by Michael Jordan at the NBA slam dunk contest in 1988. For the retro white version, the spikes are given a red color while for the black version, the spikes come in black. Given the stylish design, Air Jordan III are not only suitable for use on the golf course, but also can be worn at other casual events.

The latest golf shoe was released on February 16 2018 in America and March 23 2018 in the UK. Unfortunately, Nike only sells it at some selected retailers, online or offline. The NBA All-Star basketball player, Jordan Brand was named as a representative of Nike in the release of this limited edition golf shoes along with a special-themed t-shirt.
